First: Human Resources:
NIT has (75) employees, (15) of them are in an unpaid vacations and/or seconded, (29) work in training and coordination among them (14) trainers and (15) coordinators, the rest works in other administrative, financial, and logistic fields.
It also has more than (40) freelance trainers from different universities, private and public sectors, and civil community institutions.
NIT also depends on replacement policy that empowers the second line of trainers and coordinators to face the employment circulation.
The replacement policy is implemented through the following techniques:
1. Empowering the second line of trainers and coordinators through providing them with Training of Trainers programs in and out of Jordan.
2. Having the second line involved in NIT committees and groups of consulting and researching.
3. Enhancing the dual work in training to improve experience and capacity exchange.
