Training Process

NIT Approaches its training process systematically in consultation with its clients through questionnaires, interview, Focus group, Public Sector Reform Program ….etc.

The training is delivered by a team of qualified trainers who go through a clear training path that matches their career path and includes Training of Trainers programs covering all aspects of training process.

NIT gives great emphasis on the preparation of training packages ensuring they correspond to be overall objectives of training.

In designing the outline for each training activity , special attention it given to the goal of the program and its different objectives, covering the three aspects of training ,namely : knowledge , Skills, and Attitudes .

The implementation of training is accompanied by quality assurance measures that are customer oriented and include pre, during and post evaluation for the different factors of the training activity .
